Creation Financial Services provide credit cards for retail partners and loans for online customers. They manage larger purchases through Creation Consumer Finance. The financial services provided by BNP Paribas PF encompass an impressive £3.6 billion in annual sales.

When online banking was still in its infancy, we successfully launched the customer-facing website, duet.co.uk. Subsequently we created the rebranded customer website, creation.co.uk.
Our Approach

Our primary focus has been on developing features that streamline financial management for users. A testament to our commitment to innovation is the development of the online loans repayment calculator for the Creation Website, introduced before it became standard on major High Street banks' websites.
2020/21 Website Overhauls
One notable project was the complete overhaul of the Creation website in August 2020. We dedicated ourselves to improving the design and user experience, ensuring full accessibility across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. In March 2021, we undertook a similar overhaul for the BNP Paribas Personal Finance Business to Business website bnpparibas-pf.co.uk.
