The challenge

Create the Reach2Teach Action for Inclusion Tool (AFIT) which can help keep children in education. We were tasked with developing a custom Action for Inclusion Tool, designed to support educators and administrators in helping children, particularly those with attachment disorders, stay in a mainstream educational setting. This tool identifies and recommends actions based on patterns in children's profiles, and allows educators to track the impact of these actions.

Intuitive student profiles. Detailed profile layouts that centralise and organise all the essential details about the child. Automatically generated dashboards display academic performance, behavioural patterns, and social-emotional development.

GDPR compliant. All the sensitive information is safeguarded through advanced encryption and access control to ensure student privacy while facilitating communication with external agencies.

Cross-platform integration. The AFIT cross-checks and correlates data with the world-renowned Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), ensuring all support strategies suggested are evidence-based.

Mobile compatible. Works on any web-enabled device, making it easy for busy professionals to access and analyse the data wherever they are in the school.

The solution

We developed a fully custom solution to support educators in helping vulnerable children. AFIT simplifies the process of getting personalised help to students, consolidating all necessary information and streamlining communication. A unique feature is the integration of the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, providing a solid foundation for understanding each child's needs.

The interface remains user-friendly and simple with a clear, automated dashboard providing an easy-to-use comprehensive overview of each child. AFIT revolutionises the support process for vulnerable children by integrating time-saving features with robust, GDPR-compliant data sharing.
