Process
What happens on every release
The same pipeline, every time, for every property we look after.
01
Build and test, automatically
Code is built and tested the same way every time, by the pipeline rather than by hand. If it does not pass, it does not go anywhere.
02
Security scanned before it ships
Every release is scanned for known vulnerabilities in your code and its dependencies — caught here, not in an annual review.
03
Deployed to staging first
Changes are checked on a staging environment, including automated visual comparison of the rendered pages, before anyone touches production.
04
Promoted with a way back
Production deployment is one action, and so is undoing it. We rehearse the rollback rather than assuming it works.

What’s covered
Everything between a release and a phone call
Priced per property. We tell you what it covers and what it does not before you commit.
Included
Hosting on Kubernetes (Linode / Scaleway)
Automated build and deployment
Security scanning on every release
Backups and rehearsed recovery
Rollback, rehearsed
Monthly maintenance report
When something breaks
Production errors captured with context — they reach us before you notice
Platform-level infrastructure monitoring, not just a URL ping
Dependency and OS patching
Inherited systems taken on — most of what we maintain we didn’t write
Who this is for
Three kinds of client
Organisations that depend on something we built — or on something someone else built that now needs looking after properly.
We built it
The pipeline was there from day one. Support is the same machine the build ran through.
Someone else built it
We take on inherited systems, get them into the pipeline, and report on them the same way.
Your auditors ask questions
Financial services, public sector, anyone with a procurement function. The monthly report is the evidence.
