Revolutionise online ordering: transform the online ordering process, making it more intuitive and user-friendly, drastically reducing the number of clicks.

Ensuring scalability: the new solution has to be automated and scalable, capable of handling increased volume without compromising performance.

Modernise the design: complement technological improvements with a visual overhaul, focusing on user-friendliness.

Optimise the site: SEO enhancements to improve visibility and accessibility.

The solution

The Three-Click Challenge: by optimising the online ordering process, we drastically reduced the steps required to place an order. What previously took 13 clicks can now be accomplished in just 3, enhancing user experience and significantly increasing order efficiency.

Automation of processes: introducing a product finder and enabling customers to schedule consultations with franchisees directly streamlines decision-making. Integrating the existing stock system via APIs ensures accurate inventory management, while linking with Google and Facebook facilitates seamless marketing.

Improved SEO: implementing best SEO practices, including keyword optimisation, content enhancements and technical SEO improvements. The site has attracted more organic traffic and sales.

An automated Food Finder provides personalised recommendations based on the pet's breed, age, weight, and health conditions. Customers can save their pet's recommendations, meaning they only have to fill it in once but can still try new products with each order.
